Where The Heck Are We?Jeagar looked up at the new sabati and narrowed his eyes. Takara stared at them with wide eyes full of horror, she hadn’t meant to steal, why were they always running into trouble with others. At that moment she wanted nothing more than to disappear, maybe if they couldn’t see her she wouldn’t get in trouble. Jeagar looked at Takara, he could tell that she was freaking out, it was obvious she hadn’t ever been in a situation like this, he felt like rolling his eyes at her and making some sort of smart comment, but he figured their friends over there wouldn’t appreciate it like he would. So instead he quietly called to Takara, “hey, listen to me I need you to do exactly what I tell you.” Takara shifted her eyes to look at him as he continued. “You are going to run, fast and as far away as you can, you got me?” Takara blinked at him and scrambled on spot for a moment before racing away as fast
A Fleeting Argument“Where are we going?!” Takara felt frustrated and irritable on this particular morning. The pair had been walking for days, still on the run and still searching for their perfect home, but they hadn’t been able to find anything to eat for at least a day and they were both feeling the hunger pains.
“I don’t know, I’m not the one who started this stupid journey!” Jeagar snapped at Takara, he was sick of hearing her complain, regardless of the fact that she hadn’t complained but twice since they had begun together. In his life Jeagar had not even known hunger like this, sure there had been days where he hadn’t eaten a meal or two, but going an entire day without any bite of food at all, no never.
They kept going on, this time in silence, the friction between them would have broken a knife it was so thick. Takara stared at her feet as she walked along, he brow was furrowed in anger. “How dare he
Who Invited YouTakara and Jeagar galloped across the terrain feeling as happy as two lovers in summer, except they weren’t lovers and it wasn’t summer…
Jeagar was feeling free, he had finally broken away from the pack and finally done something for himself. Takara was felt like she was worth something to someone, Jeagar had left for her and she couldn’t be more elated about it. They were so happy they paid no mind to where they were going all they knew was they were going somewhere. It didn’t strike them when they had crossed the scent boarders like it should have.
They soon arrived at a river and had to stop for a moment to catch their breath. “Where should we go?” Takara asked breathless.
“Not across the river, if anyone follows up they’re going to expect that, lets follow it down some.” It never occurred to them that anyone following them could track them by scent, or by the obvious paw prints in the s
Hath No FearGiving yourself completely up to fear is kinda like falling in love: You can't pin point exactly when it started and by the time you realize that you are surrounded by that sensation it's already game over. Just like the image of the person you are in love with starts creeping out from every unexpected corner, fear never leaves your side when you give it a welcome stay. After a restless sleep, it starts beating anxiously in your heart the moment you wake up in the morning and commands all your thoughts and actions throughout the day. It is nothing short of a prison, except you are the only inmate and the warden never takes a break. Ever.
I do not exactly remember when I let fear occupy my being but I remember the exact moment when I realized I was ruled by it. It was late in the afternoon, everybody was out there 'getting busy living' and I had locked myself inside my bed half awake, not particularly finding any valid reason to get out of it. Then I was awakened from a nightmare by my
